DMX 512
In nearly every professional lighing system, there is a DMX signal available and
BLACKY can be integrated as easily as a scanner or color changer. BLACKY is compatible to the standard DMX512-1990 protocol as well as the next generation DMX512-2000 and can be controlled by any DMX lightmixer or computer.

BLACKY REMOTE CONTROL
In situations where DMX is not available, BLACKY can be activated by the BLACKY REMOTE CONTROL. This remote controller connects to BLACKY´s DMX socket and opens and closes the shutter with the push of a button. An integrated LED indicates the current status of the shutter. The cable delivered with the BLACKY REMOTE CONTROL can be extended with any normal microphone cable (XLR 3 pin).
